Thank you for choosing Healy Engraving & Glass Artistry. Your use of this website is subject to our terms and conditions set forth below. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Healy Engraving & Glass Artistry. By using this site you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

Limitation of Liability
If product(s) that you have received are damaged or broken, Healy Engraving & Glass Artistry will replace the item(s) only if the shipping carrier of the product(s) was at fault. Physical damage of the product after arrival is not covered. Open your packages & inspect your product(s) once delivered and call us immediately if there is any damage.

Privacy Policy
We will not give email addresses, telephone numbers, or any other information concerning our customers to any other source.

Security
Our website is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer Security (SSL) software which keeps all your personal information including name, credit card number, and address safe.

Payment
Healy Engraving & Glass Artistry accepts Visa, Mastercard, & Discover payments. Personal Checks & Cashier checks are also accepted via mail, but orders will not be filled until checks are cleared. Please contact us directly for non-website purchases.

Shipping
Within the 48 continental United States, orders are shipped UPS Ground. We may ship certain smaller items via United States Postal Service (like ornaments or jewelry), or for items being sent to PO Boxes.

Please make sure the shipping address includes a street address and telephone number. Upon delivery, please open and inspect your items to make sure they have arrived safely. Our products are insured during shipping, but if you delay reporting any damage incurred during shipping, the items may not be covered. Call us immediately if you experience any problems.

International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide Express. We require the credit card phone number on all international orders.

Availability/Timing
Most of our ‘stock’ products (such as Healy Engraving Signature Designs) will ship within 2 weeks. For custom work, please allow 4-6 weeks, and 4-8 weeks for Family Crest Items. If you need an item by a certain date, please feel free to call or email us directly to arrange expedited delivery. We will always work to accommodate your due dates when possible.

Guarantee/Returns/Exchanges
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all stock orders, and any item for which you are not satisfied may be returned within 15 days. Custom orders and merchandise are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in "like new" condition. Returns should be made to Healy Engraving & Glass Artistry, 3930 Bigal Court, Bethlehem Pennsylvania. Shipping is non-refundable, except for defective items. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns, and for packaging and preparing items so that they arrive back safely and undamaged. Items damaged in the return process will not be refunded.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is charged for shipments to Pennsylvania at the rate of 6%.
